French alps engagement photography

I spent Easter weekend doing some French alps engagement photography for Sarah & Paul, who are possibly two of the coolest people I’ve met. Paul owns a ski school and Sarah is a makeup artist (UK brides consider her!) and they spend half of their year in Meribel in the French alps. I was lucky enough to travel to this incredibly beautiful place to document a little bit of their lives there. The entire town reminds me of something you’d find inside a snow globe and we were lucky enough to get the snow to match. Highly unseasonable within April as it’s meant to be spring, it snowed for two days straight and being from NZ it was an absolute treat to witness.

Sarah & Paul just took such amazing care of me while I was there, including recommending a restaurant where I had the best meal of my life! They still couldn’t convince me to get into a pair of ski’s though…accident waiting to happen.
