I became a wedding photographer in 2012 when a friend needed last-minute coverage. I brought my camera, discovered I loved the intensity, and never looked back. Twelve years and 500+ weddings later, I've photographed celebrations across 15 countries—and learned that exceptional photography requires both technical mastery and the ability to disappear.
These days I split my year between two creative homes: Berlin from May through October, Waiheke Island from November through April. It's an unconventional structure, but it's given me something rare—constant perspective shifts that keep my work sharp. I've documented love in industrial German lofts and coastal New Zealand vineyards, intimate elopements and multi-day celebrations, across cultures and continents.

I call two places Home, New Zealand for half the year and Berlin for the other. I follow the sun, and have done so for the past six years. This huge privilege has allowed me to photograph weddings all year long (and stay warm in the process).
