A few months ago I had the opportunity to shoot a Cannes Wedding with the amazing Morgane & Brendan. These two have an incredible story, Brendan is Scottish and Morgane is French, they’ve travelled the world and are currently living in Singapore and decided to marry in the south of France! When they asked me to come along from London to spend a few wild days with their closest family and friends it was an easy choice! I’ll take the time here to also give a huge thank you to Zosia from Aparat photography for second shooting this with me. I absolutely couldn’t have done it without her and we had a fantastic time.

On the Wednesday we photographed the civil ceremony with an intimate group, I love how with legal weddings in France are conducted by the town’s mayor! Just amazing, like something out of a wes anderson film. On the saturday I spent the morning at a stunning chateau in the hills that Morgane had hired to spend with her girls and family. It was an absolute scorcher of  a day, hence the guys spending most of the morning in the pool! The church where they had the ceremony was one of the most beautiful I’ve had the pleasure been in and just had such a presence. We finished the afternoon at what has to be one of the most luxurious Chateau’s I’ve seen and had the pleasure of visiting. Morgane had a full cuban band which were I swear actually from Cuba!
